Microsoft bought a plot of more than 35 hectares at the end of 2013 and has continuously built one of the largest Cloud Data Centers in Europe ever since. For this project Koster Nederland designed and supervised the sealing of the pipeline distribution wells. Products that were used are:
- KÖSTER KB Flex 200
- KÖSTER 2IN1
- KÖSTER Deuxan
More than 2000 cable penetrations have been successfully sealed.
The project was completed in 2019. Köster NL is also today involved in the new 70 hectare expansion with, among other things, external basement waterproofing KÖSTER Deuxan.
The large lots, a robust electricity network and redundant fiber connections with dark fiber to the Amsterdam Internet Exchange. The use of residual heat in the adjacent greenhouse horticulture companies will make it easier to disconnect from the natural gas network in the future.
